What to check
Compare the route/punch logs and NAT settings on both PCs. The timeout alone does not identify which device blocked the connection.
- Check the failed stage and reason in the error window. The detailed reason helps you identify which device or setting to check.
- The host is the PC you are connecting to. The client is the PC you are connecting from. Run each check on the PC named in the guide.
- Check one item at a time and try again. If the error keeps occurring, send support the details listed here.
The error code alone does not show whether a device failed or a firewall blocked the connection. Check the detailed reason and logs as well.
