These Terms govern forpro-remote, the website and remote access service operated by For Pro Inc. (주식회사 포프로), and the rights and responsibilities of the company and its users.

The service provides accounts, device registration, sharing permissions and connection management for computers that you own or are authorized to use. Registration does not include rented computers or licenses for third-party software.
You must be at least 14 years old to register. We do not accept registrations from children under 14. If a separate contract with a minor aged 14 or older requires a legal representative’s consent, the applicable consent process will be provided separately.
These Terms are available before registration. We announce the reason and effective date of changes at least 7 days in advance, or at least 30 days in advance on the website and by account email for material or unfavorable changes.
You may request termination before changes take effect if you disagree. Where explicit consent is required, we obtain it separately. Silence does not create a new paid contract or consent to optional personal data processing.
Enter an email address you can use and a password, complete email verification, confirm that you are at least 14 and accept these Terms. The agreement begins when your application is successfully accepted. Email verification establishes access to an inbox; it is not official verification of your legal identity or age.
The Privacy Policy is linked during registration. Name and team are not required for basic registration. They are collected only when you select “I plan to use this for work” and separately consent to the additional collection. You can register for personal Free use without that choice.
We may reject an application involving another person’s email, verification bypass, false information or a clearly unlawful purpose, and provide a reason where possible.
Basic registration and Free use are currently free of charge. Registering or selecting planned business use does not authorize charges, recurring payments or advertising messages.
Pro, Teams and Enterprise descriptions do not by themselves constitute a paid order. Prices, billing units, features, cancellation and refund conditions will be disclosed before a paid offering becomes available. A paid contract requires a separate application and explicit acceptance. Mandatory cancellation and refund rights remain applicable.
Protect passwords, verification codes and device credentials. Promptly report account compromise or unauthorized access. Check sharing recipients and permissions and revoke access when no longer needed.
Use work devices only within the permissions granted by the organization and owner. Observe applicable software licenses, workplace policies and privacy obligations. The company does not acquire ownership of your devices or content.
Remote screen, audio and input content travels directly between connected devices. The service backend does not relay or store that content; it handles account, permission, connection and diagnostic metadata. Consider what a recipient may see or retain before sharing access.
Connectivity and quality depend on the network, firewall, device and operating system. We do not guarantee a successful connection in every environment or uninterrupted availability. We give advance notice of major changes, closure and planned maintenance, explaining the impact and schedule. Urgent security measures may be announced promptly after action.
Unauthorized device access, bypassing permissions, stealing credentials, malware, unlawful surveillance, privacy or copyright infringement, abusive automation, excessive verification email requests and exploitation of security features are prohibited.
We may warn, restrict features or terminate access proportionately to the violation and harm. We normally explain the reason and how to appeal. Emergency restrictions to stop ongoing harm may precede notice. You may contact support to provide an explanation and request review.
We process the minimum personal data needed and publish purposes, categories, retention and rights in the Privacy Policy. Refusing optional information does not prevent basic Free registration.
Acceptance of these Terms is not blanket consent to optional collection, third-party disclosure or advertising. Separate notices and any legally required consent apply to such processing.
Request account closure from your registered email at [email protected] or [email protected]. After proportionate identity checks, we process the request without undue delay and report the result. Account access and associated sharing permissions end on closure.
Tell us if you want to withdraw consent for your business profile. You do not need to close your basic account. Erasure and legally required retention follow the Privacy Policy.
Rights in the software, design and documentation belong to the company or their lawful owners. Use is permitted within the applicable license, and included open-source software remains subject to its own licenses. Rights granted by law or those licenses are not restricted by these Terms.
Your files, screen content and work remain the property of their existing rights holders. Use of the service does not grant the company rights to use them for advertising or model training.
Each party is responsible under applicable law for damage attributable to its conduct. Free provision does not exclude liability for the company’s intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Responsibility for force majeure, external network outages or device problems depends on the cause and attributable fault.
Contact [email protected] for complaints. If resolution takes time, we explain why and provide a schedule. Korean law applies, and jurisdiction follows applicable civil procedure and consumer protection law. Mandatory protections applicable to overseas users remain unaffected.
