From installation to connection

Prepare both PCs, sign in and connect.

  1. Install the Windows app

    Choose the x64 or ARM64 installer that matches each PC's processor. Install the app on the remote PC and the PC you will connect from.

  2. Sign in and start hosting

    Create an account and sign in on both PCs. Start hosting on the remote PC and check its power and sleep settings.

  3. Connect to an online PC

    Choose an online computer in the app on the PC you are connecting from. Remote sessions open in the app; use the website to manage computers and access.

  4. Troubleshoot connectivity

    Check that both PCs are online and the host is running. Update the apps and check that the firewall allows their traffic. Ask your network administrator for help if company policies or double NAT restrict direct connections.
