Could not find a direct connection route

Read the detailed reason in the app alongside the checks below.

What to check

Check LAN discovery results and STUN/NAT records on both PCs. A STUN failure alone does not show that UDP is blocked.

  1. Check the failed stage and reason in the error window. The detailed reason helps you identify which device or setting to check.
  2. The host is the PC you are connecting to. The client is the PC you are connecting from. Run each check on the PC named in the guide.
  3. Check one item at a time and try again. If the error keeps occurring, send support the details listed here.
The error code alone does not show whether a device failed or a firewall blocked the connection. Check the detailed reason and logs as well.
